Bookstore Adoption Portal Instructions

Dear Department Chairs and Designees,

To review and update your course material adoptions for the upcoming school year, please follow the steps below:

  1. Access the Portal:
    Visit your school’s bookstore adoption portal and log in using your school email credentials.
  2. Review Current Adoptions:
    Once logged in, you will see your department’s current textbook and digital material list.
  3. Make Updates:
    • Note any titles that need to be added, changed, or dropped for the upcoming year.
    • Include any comments or clarifications as needed within the system.
  4. Monitoring and Verification:
    Bookstore staff are actively monitoring submissions daily. Once all updates have been entered, a comprehensive list of changes will be compiled and sent back to your department for final review and approval.
